'Star' Tessellations - Type 5

The above edge network is a faceting is of the cells of a 8,8,4 tessellation, replacing each octagon with an octagram sized such that the vertices of octagrams in neighbouring octagons are one unit apart. A copy of this network superimposed on the original 8, 8, 4 tessellation is linked here.

As only three edges meet at each vertex, only one tessellation can be formed using this network:
